Grant was a Strategic Partner for the CEO Round-table , which is made up of around 100 CEO's across the Twin Cities area. As a Strategic Partner he was looked to for education and strategic planning for their businesses helping the companies make informed decisions based upon their personal situation.
Grant lives in Maple Grove with his wife Maria and his 5 children; Damian, Noah, Ezra, Roman, and Amaya. He played college basketball at Northern Arizona and finished as a captain his senior year at Minnesota State Moorhead. He enjoys coaching youth basketball and a traveling AAU team.
